Detailed description of the resource
The high emissions future (RCP 8.5) assumes business as usual or no curbing of greenhouse gas emissions. A lower emissions future (RCP 4.5) assumes a reduction in greenhouse gas emissions. Climate projections are based on the CSIRO and Bureau of Meteorology Climate Change in Australia data.  The thirteen regions include Cape York; Central Queensland; Central West Queensland; Eastern Downs; Far North Queensland; Gulf Region; Maranoa and District; North Queensland; North West Queensland; South East Queensland; South West Queensland; Whitsunday, Hinterland and Mackay; Wide Bay - Burnett
