This report is a follow-up to previous reports published by the Climate Council: ‘Climate change: A deadly threat to coral reefs’ (April 2017) and ‘Australia’s coral reefs under threat from climate change’ (May 2016). This update highlights the coral mortality that has occurred from the combination of the 2016 and 2017 events
