This Strategy proposes a two-stage approach to developing Queensland’s long-term policy framework to reach the 2050 target. The first stage and associated policy approaches will be implemented over the next three years and the second stage is the deployment of a suite of substantive policy measures from 2020, representing the state’s pathway to zero net emissions by 2050
