This inventory is tracks Australia’s national greenhouse emissions from 1990 onwards
Detailed description of the resource
This data is used to meet Australia's reporting commitments under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC); track progress against Australia's emission reduction commitments; and inform policy makers and the public estimates are based on the Kyoto Protocol classification system and are used to track progress towards Australia’s 2020 emission reduction target. Accounting quantities relevant to the Kyoto Protocol are not reported here. Please see the National Inventory Report for information
