This report provides e a clear, comparative analysis of the financial impacts of climate change on three major asset classes of importance to Australian Local Government – sealed roads (hotmix and spray sealed) and unsealed roads.

This report is the summary of a project which aimed to address this gap in understanding between climate change impacts and likely costs associated with infrastructure asset maintenance and management by developing a financial modelling tool for integration into an existing IPWEA decision support tool for use by Local Governments staff
