This is a specialised tool for building industry and can be used to understand the resilience of any building under extreme weather conditions
Detailed description of the resource
The tool is intended to rate the resilience of a given home in Australia to common extreme weather hazards (Flood, Bushfire, Cyclone and Hail). The Exposure Rating shows a low-to-high scale for how exposed a particular house is to each natural hazard. The Vulnerability Rating shows a low-to-high scale for how vulnerable the building materials of a house are to each natural hazard.
