The purpose of this Guide is to assist Australian businesses and organisations to adapt to climate change. The Guide is consistent with the Australian and New Zealand Standard for Risk Management, AS/NZS 4360:2004, which is widely used in the public and private sectors to guide strategic, operational and other forms of risk management. The Guide describes how the routine application of the Standard can be extended to include the risks generated by climate change impacts
